The history of the Singapore Sling takes us to Singapore and a hotel bar. There are many variations of this refreshing drink. Mine is from many years of experimenting until this one recipe became the best.

Equipment
1 Cocktail shaker
1 Large glass
Ingredients
1measure gin
1/2measure cherry brandy or Kirshwasser
1/4measure Cointreau or triple sec
4measures pinapple juice
1/2measure lime juice
1/3measure grenadine
dash bitters
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake well, there will be a frothy foam.
Strain into large glass with or without ice.
Garnish with umbrella’s, citrus wedges, Maraschino Cherries (with stems). Use a couple of bar straws or one regular straw.
Notes
The measure can be whatever you like: 1oz shot or other size.
